Environmental Commitment

AGC REACH statement confirms that our products do not contain REACH SVHC materials in excess of 0.1% as required by the REACH legislation.

We comply with and expect our suppliers to comply with the following policy regarding the responsible resourcing of minerals AGC Group Responsible Minerals Sourcing Policy ｜ Company ｜ AGC.

Among the three restricted PFAS, AGC has never engaged in the production of PFOS, and we had already ceased the production and sale of PFOA in 2015. As described in AGC PFAS Statement, we are committed to proactive efforts to minimize the environmental footprint of its business activities and to reduce the environmental impact of its products, based on scientific evidence.

RoHS/WEEE Compliance

	AGC confirms that all products listed in our WEEE/RoHS Compliance Statements are in compliance with those directives.
